Yes, I do not have a Womb
A mother I am not

Son, sense my heart
The one which bleeds
Stained it is not

Each second
Every moment
I crack up
I pass away
For my breath is far off

Yet, against the odds
Crawls my heart
To be embraced by you

Prove your love for me,
She demands.

With a smile,
I pluck my heart,
 for Her.

Alas,
 She rejects
for
Bloody stains.

The Infamous Me

They say all of us have a more sinister side (which is mostly kept under wraps, and an angelic aura which we project to the world.)
Do you agree?

I  ain’t a Saint,
A shadow is what I am.
Dark side of  me blends,
As like a  chameleon,
No more sunshine, I wish.
To shun, dual ways of my life,
I wish no more!

I am uncertain why,
I've been asked to prove myself,
Every single day, every single time,
Can't I just be me?

No other being,
exist to please the other,
but me!

Oh hell yeah,
Hence, I am labeled a
 “Husband”.

Am I the outcome of lust? Is that why, you abandoned me? Was reconciliation so difficult?  Have you never felt the urge to embrace me?

He stood dazed, unable to reply his teenage daughter. The inner voice had nothing to suggest at this moment, but, a stony silence!

Nevertheless, he stood there with a frowned, poker, pale face, as if, it was to justify his deeds and his false ego.

He had deserted them in search of the ultimate truth, the “Aham Brahmasmi” - A realization.

Unaware of the fact that until the ego dies, he cannot achieve this state.

Lost in the sea of emotions,
is my sense of belonging.
Yet, I assure myself,
to fish it out someday,
from the depths of time,
To help pacify my soul,
Of my urge,
of being desired.

Wish I am dead tonight,
to be reborn
from the ashes of the past,
more vibrant,
where my shadow
become
a
companion,
rather being spooky.

To quantify my love for you
Is what I’ve failed, My love.

All that I’ve known is -
braided we are,
for a lifetime.

 Look past through my emotions,
Take a peek into my soul,

All you'll find
is the Connect
we have,
from time immemorial.

I belong to his clan,
Himself  the divine, the charismatic,
He's my religion.

His childlike smile,
soothes
turbulent minds.

His soothing touch,
rejuvenates
the lifeless.

His blessings,
uplifts the fallen.

I, once the fallen,
bow at thy Lotus feet,
seeking solace.

I held you close and became your shell,
I gave you my color,
Made you beautiful.

I know one day you’d be free to fly,
And find your wings a whole new sky,
Seek new flowers to spread the colors,
Join new wings and fly high.

Amidst your flight, my dear Lil child,
Will you remember this old Lil shell?
Alone I would be and gaze to see,
The beautiful wings of my butterfly.

All that makes my world would be,
A gaze of you in the beautiful new sky,
A wink of smile, a flutter of love,
Is all I need to keep me alive.

 I've been wondering why,
My life a withered bloom,
I had barely blossomed.

Alas, am  blown down,
Smeared are my petals with dust,
Gazing at the sky, I lay.

Ripped by a gentle breeze,
To a land far off am taken,
Away from my fragrance.

I wonder,
is it an act of God?

Scent  of lust swarms into them,
Love challenged by lust,
Lust and love entwined.

Tantalizing  foreplay,
sensuous massage,
the nail strokes, the pinch,
play of the tongue,
And
a whisper of sweet nothings.

Their craving for lust bites,
rhythmic thrusts,
blooming moans.

They lay entangled, drenched,
in each other's arms
caressing ...

They ask me,
How are You?
I am fine, thank you,
I reply.

Unsure,
if they've noticed
my lifeless eyes,
the pale smile.

I am fine, I repeat
My voice feeble;
-pause-
vacuum creeps in.

The clouds, the dark clouds
Of illness
Still hover above us
Wellness, a falling Star

He wails, for he's scared
Terrified are his eyes

Solace he seeks
from those thorny drugs

Unsure about his destiny
I  stand brittle
With a plea to the holy angel
to keep him healthy.

December 10th, 2015 - Exactly after a month of the previous illness, Ishaan, my son is hospitalized the 2nd time.

Hello Mom, It’s me
How soothing it is, to hear you
from the other side.

Talk to me, Ma
though far off,
Your voice heals me,
Always,
Assuring me  of  love
that's selfless.

Hello Mom,
Are you listening?

A confession
that I owe you,
I’ve taken you for granted,
you’d forgive me mom,
Won’t  you?

Say something, Ma,
Hello, Ma,
Are those the tears
that are choking you?

Wish I could wipe off
the tears, which trickle
down your cheeks,
to see you smile again.

With the anklet  held in her hand
She stands completely numb;
Her stained eyes
speak  a thousand emotions.

Her forefinger points them
those at the helm;
For transforming her
to a piece of stone.

But, I see,
her heart throbs  with pain;
to see her kin languish
for survival  in the downpour.

What remains  afloat
is  the agony;
and helplessness.

The man with the gray,
Wrinkled skin,
Yeah, he’s my father.

Yes, the man whose hands tremble,
Whose voice sound shaky,
Yeah, is my Papa.

The man with a blurred vision,
And with hearing-impaired,
Yeah, he’s my dad.

but, his love for me
still youthful.

Dad with flowers on 15th May 2017.  Those were wrapped in love from my end. I sure, the fragrance of  those roses would have ensured to convey  my love for him.

What's out there for me,
for am safe,
cosily seated on a couch,
enjoying the rains,
the stars and the moon,
untouched by the dangers,
in the opulence of my household.

The bloodshed,
the devastation, the holocaust,
the agony of the homeless,
a mere episode,
for am safe.

As a ritual,
I condemn, I shed a tear.

I am - the Western World.
